By accessing or using TaxPro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform. These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and TaxPro, Inc.
TaxPro is intended for licensed tax professionals, including CPAs, Enrolled Agents, and PTIN holders. By registering, you represent that you hold the required credentials to prepare tax returns in your jurisdiction and that all information you provide is accurate.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All plans include unlimited returns. There are no per-return fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. We do not offer refunds for partial months. You may cancel at any time and retain access through the end of your paid period.
You may use TaxPro only for lawful tax preparation activities. You may not use the platform to prepare fraudulent returns, circumvent IRS requirements, or violate Circular 230. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all returns prepared using the platform.
You retain ownership of all client data you upload to TaxPro. You grant TaxPro a limited license to process this data solely to provide the service. You are responsible for obtaining all necessary consents from your clients before uploading their information.
TaxPro and all associated software, designs, and content are the exclusive property of TaxPro, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
TaxPro is a practice management tool and does not provide tax advice. We are not liable for any errors in returns prepared using the platform, IRS penalties, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. Upon termination, you have 90 days to export your data. We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York County, New York, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
